Unless you consent, Bid Texas Online Inc. will use your personal and business information for the purpose for which it was submitted such as to reply to request for services. If credit approval is required for services to be rendered, Bid Texas Online Inc. will always require written approval to process a personal or business credit review.

In order to process your request for service, Bid Texas Online Inc. will require a Client Bidding Service Agreement to be signed. Bid Texas Online Inc. will share your information after written consent is received with suppliers that will be bidding on your request. Clients will receive a list of all suppliers invited to the bid request. Bid Texas Online Inc. never sells or rents personal or business information.
